on
the
fly,
with
just
a
click
of
the
mouse.

What
is Fusion Series 7™? Fusion
Series
7
is
HigherGround's
enhanced
line
of
voice
recording,
quality
assurance
and
telecom
business
intelligence
solutions.
Fusion
Series
7
contains
three
main
components;
the
Preatorian
Voice
Recorder™,
the
Mentor
Quality
Assurance
Suite™ and
the
Telecom
Business
Intelligence
Suite™.
What
are telestatistics? The
Report
Commander
stores
all
the
information
provided
by
your
PBX
through
its
SMDR
or
CDR
reporting
port
in
a
call
database.
This
includes
information
for
every
call
that
tells
the
date
and
time
of
the
call,
the
duration,
the
station,
the
trunk
or
T-1
channel,
the
number
dialed
or
ANI incoming
number,
transfer
station,
and
ring-time
or
time-in-queue.
This
information
is
supplemented
by
the
cost
of
the
call,
station
name,
department
and
division
name,
location
called,
zone,
account
number,
account
or
customer
name,
contact
name
and
attachments
to
calls.
How
does reporting on HigherGround systems
compare with other systems? HigherGround's
Report
Commander,
the
heart
of
every
HigherGround
system
is
the
most
feature-rich
and
easy-to-use
reporting
package
in
the
industry.
Within
minutes,
any
new
user
can
create
and
generate
custom-designed
reports
to
their
exact
specifications.
With
over
fifty
fields
to
choose
from,
multiple
sort
fields,
and
unlimited
combinations
of
filters, all
selected
with
a
simple
mouse-based
user
interface,
if
you
can
imagine
a
report,
you
can
design
it.
All
without
having
to
learn
arcane
report
formatting
commands
or
even
needing
to
refer
to
a
manual.
Because
of
HigherGround's
proprietary
compact
data
storage
techniques,
reports
that
would
take
hours
on
other
systems
take
only
minutes
to
run.
Most
reports
can
be
generated
in
seconds.
The
Report
Commander's
reports
are
not
static,
either,
like
on
most
telemanagement
systems.
Once
a
report
is
generated
on
your
initial
query,
it
can
be
further
manipulated
by
sorting,
filtering,
sub-totaling,
and
compressing
data
until
you get
exactly
the
report
you
need.
Finished
reports
can
be
saved
and
run
as
needed,
or
scheduled
to
be
run
unattended
and
automatically
printed
or
e-mailed
to
multiple
recipients.
Why
would I want to use I'm Alive™ to
monitor my system? I'm
Alive
is
a
feature
of
HigherGround's
alarm
monitor
which
is
included
with
every
HigherGround
system.
It
calls
HigherGround
each
night
to
check
in
and
report
that
the
system
is
up
and
running.
If
we
do
not
receive
that
call,
we
dial
into
the
system,
notify
your
on-site
contact
person,
or dispatch
a
technician
to
fix
the
problem,
many
times
before
you
even
know
that
a
problem
exists.
I'm
Alive
ensures
the
reliability
of
your
system
and
increases
the
likelihood
that
you
will
not
suffer
a
loss
of
data
due
to
the
system
being
down.
How
did HigherGround get its start? Formerly
known
as
Communication
Advice
and
Design,
HigherGround
began
as
a
telecommunications
consulting
company
in
the
1970's.
The
firm
had
many
Fortune
1000
companies
in
its
client
list
and
helped
them
to
determine
the
resources
they
needed
to
run
their
telecom
departments
and
call
centers
effectively,
optimizing
productivity
while
saving money.
HigherGround
began
developing
software
based
on
the
needs
and
at
the
request
of
those
clients
and
pushes
the
envelope
of
what
can
be
done
with
current
computer
hardware
with
their
state-of-the-art
software.
From
its
early
beginnings
as
a
leader
in
call
accounting
software,
HigherGround
has
since
developed
applications for
call
recording
and
quality
monitoring,
and
continues
to
provide
its
customers
with
the
highest
level
of
customer
service
in
the
industry.
What
is the Control Tower? The
Control
Tower
is
the
system
management
tool
that
allows
one
or
more
administrators
to
set
up,
configure,
and
control
all
aspects
of
their
HigherGround
system.
It
is
included
with
all
our
products,
and
assists
in
all
aspects
of
system
administration:
monitoring
the
system,
managing
recordings,
and
controlling
and
delegating who
has
access
to
which
data
and
features
of
the
system.
Even
multiple
sites
at
distant
locations
can
all
be
managed
from
one
central
workstation
using
the
Control
Tower
through
dial-up
connections
or
even
the
Internet.
How
do I prevent unauthorized users from
listening to recordings or viewing
call data? First
of
all,
the
Windows
Network
system
allows
administrators
to
restrict
access
to
any
drive
or
directory
on
system
servers,
so
unauthorized
users
don't
even
have
to
know
where
HigherGround's
software
and
your
call
data
and
recordings
are
even
stored.
Beyond
that
level
of
defense,
our
Control
Tower
allows
system administrator(s)
to
set
up
passwords
for
individuals
or
groups
of
users
and
to
restrict
or
enable
access
to
the
system
with
several
grades
of
permission
in
all
the
different
areas
of
usage,
offering
multiple
combinations
of
individual
levels
of
authorization.
Users
can
be
allowed
to
see
only
their
own
call records
and
recordings,
those
of
anyone
in
their
department
or
division,
or
can
be
denied
access
completely
to
any
aspect
of
the
system.
They
can
be
restricted
from
deleting
recordings,
saving
or
e-mailing
recordings,
changing
report
designs,
changing
system
data,
opening
attachments
or
monitoring
other
users.
Furthermore,
HigherGround's
databases
are in
a
proprietary
format
which
would
keep
even
the
most
savvy
computer
users
from
gaining
unauthorized
access
to
their
contents,
and
our
reports
and
recordings
can
even
be
encrypted
so
that
they
can't
be
viewed
or
listened
to
without
using
our
Report
Commander
and
its
built
in
security
system.
What
is database integration? HigherGround's
unique
database
integration
module,
which
is
included
in
all
HigherGround
systems,
offers
users
a
way
to
seamlessly
import
data
from
their
customer
or
client
databases,
employee
databases,
and
other
computer
files
or
on-line
directories.
Virtually
any
computer
database
pertinent
to
call
information
can
be
integrated
into
Report
Commander's
databases and
used
to
generate
searchable,
filterable
or
sortable
call
or
recording
details.
These
imports
can
even
be
scheduled
to
run
automatically,
continuously
updating
the
Report
Commander's
information
for
constant
up-to-date
information.
Your
company's
client
or
vendor
lists,
for
example,
can
be
imported
into
our
database
so
that
call
detail reports
will
automatically
match
up
phone
numbers
dialed
and
incoming
ANI
numbers
to
names,
account
numbers,
companies,
types
of
business,
and
other
user-defined
categories,
so
that
you
can
tell
at
a
glance,
without
having
to
look
up
phone
numbers,
who
is
being
called
and
who
is
calling
in
to
your system.
