OCC (OTHER COMMON CARRIER)
A communication transmission company other than AT&T or the local telephone company. See also LEC.

OGT (OUTGOING TRUNK)
A trunk that carries outgoing traffic.

OLAP (ON-LINE ANALYTICAL PROCESSING)
Software that allows for fast analysis of multidimensional information in a shared environment. The multidimensional aspect indicates that the data can be organized into multiple hierarchies, allowing for summaries or sub-totals at various levels to enable a better conceptual view of the data.

OPX (OFF-PREMISES EXTENSION)
An extension that is not physically on the premises or facility but can act as if it were due to a wire connection to the location where it is.

The excess traffic on a trunk group that is offered to another service.
