to identify employee training and coaching needs. Grade voice and screen performance
in real time or play back at your convenience. Communication centers can
customize the evaluations to meet APCO and CALEA requirements. This solution
can be used in conjunction with Capture911™ or as a stand-alone option with any
other call recording application.
